Comments: Rich Procacina- 10 years ago Dr. Penicilli replaced my left hip. He put novacane in the cavity, then the replacement hip. When I came out of another's, I immediately began walking, and within 4 hours of surgery was climbing stairs. I lift weights, run regularly and it still feels great.
